Throttle body removal and oil trap replacement at same time.

Throttle body removal and oil trap replacement at same time.
2006 XC90 2.5t L5. 150k miles.
I had oil around the tops of my spark plugs when I replaced them. Was suggested to check PCV, by putting a glove over the oil dip stick hole and see if it inflates or deflates. Mine deflated which the you tube said indicated that the oil trap/pcv system was plugged and needed replacing.
DOES ANYONE AGREE WITH THIS DIAGNOSIS? ( I haven’t heard of the glove test before.)
I know my throttle body sticks when it gets below 0 F. So, I think it is safe to say it needs a cleaning.
Now, viewing vids on EMT removal/cleaning and oil trap replacement (both are big jobs for me), it looks like they are in the same area of the engine. Taking off the air intake and injector rail really seems to open up that area.
SO, WHO HAS AN OPENION? DO BOTH AT THE SAME TIME (I don't want to bite off more than I can chew) OR DO THEM SEPERATELY? YOUR SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECEIATED.
