Volvo XC90 Sensus tricks, tips and future recommendations
 

Hi peeps,

I'm new to this place as well new to Volvo brand. I just got my '17 XC90 T6 Momentum Plus delivered to my door and honestly, absolutely no regret switching from Infiniti. Thank you very much Infiniti, I had a good ride with my QX70, but we're talking about world-class auto quality, not just Nissan car enthusiast's performance...So, with all my respect and no offense to all Infiniti fans out there, but Volvo...simply rocks. Now, let me get back to the main point.

I would like to start this topic, as well ask an open-ended questions in a way to elicit discussion, brainstorm solutions and spark Q&A's, Tips & "white hat" Tricks, and of course future software updates suggestions, which I'm sure by sharing such opinions can definitely generate additional topics or define crucial issues.

Here there are,

I've noticed some XC90 T6 Sensus® Map differences and wanted to ask you guys, The Long-timers.

1. Wondering why the vehicle map's bar scaling is limited to zoom-in up to 32 and not for example up to 64? In metropolitan NY every each inch on the display can equal a block or two(if not more) in reality, depends on the area.
2. Also does the dashboard map display have zoom-in/out feature while active or not?
3. Can the street names/abbreviations etc. font size be enlarged? I'm 6'1" with good eyesight, but still to me all those tiny-mini letters on the map appear a bit smaller to me. Everyone's opinion matter.
