Who is the best custom Volvo Garage on the west coast that can think out of the box?

I want to do an engine swap that I do not think has been done before. I want to do a 2010 V70R engine in a 2010 C70.

Who do you know who can handle a first time customization?

I see they stop making the v70R in 2007 so I would need to see if the 2007 engine would fit in the 2010 C70?

Just in case anyone is following this thread, I found out the last V70R engine was the B5234T4 with a TD04HL-16T turbo. I also found out the internals of the B5234T4 were forged making them stronger and lighter and able to achieve higher RPM and more power.

Found the above mentioned engine code on wikipedia.
