Looking to buy some OEM rims from the local volvo retailer. Just curious if 2021 rims can be used on my 2004 s60 R. It currently has the 17” wheels, also curious would I be able to use new 18”?

The center bore on a 2021 is 63.4 mm, your 2004 is 65.1mm. So unless you find some weird spacers (and longer bolts) to convert with or bore out the wheels to your hub size - they will not fit.
