wheel question for my `02 v70 t5....
 

A friend of mine with a `97 m3 coupe bought new wheels and tires for his car, so he offered me his wheels with a bit of a catch. He is willing to give them to me for free since one of the wheels are cracked and needs a new tire. The wheels are 18x8 with a 35 offset and the tires are 225/40/18 but with a 5x120 bolt pattern which im sure i can get those redrilled. Now my car is not lowered or anything, so i want to know, will they fit? Ive heard they will, ive heard they wont, im just trying to clear up my confusion, since these wheels are kinda nice actually and they are free, so i figured i would try to give this a shot.

Heres the wheels my friend gave me, finally got a pic of them. They have been repainted in the past by the previous owner, which im thinking about painting them black, or maybe a silver color, not sure. One wheel like i said is cracked, but its on the lip and the crack is only a half inch long or so if that, so im going to see what i can do with it. Ive also included a pic of my car and i was wondering, does anyone off the top of their head know the name of the wheels i have and what the offest is? Thanks!
