You can see the drain hole into the block from the bottom of the PCV oil trap was completely had-packed clogged. I very carefully cleaned it out keeping as much of the stuff out of the engine as possible and the used a cloths hanger wire to "ream" it out the rest of the way. I used a minimum of solvent to help the cleaning.
