I have a 89, 760 turbo, I live in toronto, my problem is, when the weather gets very cold, anything below -30 degrees my car does not start anymore, otherwise the car runs perfectly, some mechanics tell me is the timing belt, fuel pump, no spark, the motor is floated, the ignition coil, the starter, no gas. the distributor cap, I have ruled out l all these issues, I have spark, I have gas, the distributor is clean, no condensation, I have changed the spark plugs, changed the oil, spark plug cables are a year old. I am frustated, I do not what else to do. any fresh ideas are appreciated.

Thank you

Byron

I believe the speed sensor is as old as the car, from 89,

The sensor goes into the top of the trnasmission check the wire for the sensor if there is any cracks in the outside sheilding then replace the sensor.
