Anyone swap a wiring harness into an 86 from a 90 or something similiar? I am gathering all the information I can before I take anything apart. I have a 90 5-speed wagon, electrical and mechanicals are above board, body is done. The recipient is a 86 4-speed(w/overdrive) which needs new wiring harness. The 86 is not here yet, but will be soon, so I haven't been able to trouble shoot it yet, but on the assumption that I want to make the 86 run with the harness from the 90 what would stop me? Please, any thoughts or ideas are greatly appreciated.
