Good luck. No one makes a true CAI for Volvo's period.

They have an intake kit with heatshield but it still sucks in tons of hot air even with the heatshield.

They sell the BMC CDA which is a nice intake kit but is it really worth the money it costs. Added with the fact that the filters are wayyyyyyy over priced.

He came up with a DIY cold air intake kit. I posted it here on this forum in the INTAKE section. I am sure it would work with your car as well.
4. If you wanna take the stock air box out. First unclip all the clips that hold the top of the air box on. Second unscrew the MAF from the top of the airbox with some TORX Screwdrivers, I forget the size. Thirdly you should pull up on the bottom part of the box and it should come off.
