Hey -

When removing the intake for the purpose of PCV system replacement, what is the reccommended torque for the intake bolts? Is there a torque pattern, and do you use anything (sticky) to keep the replacement gasket in placeduring reassembly?

Torque is 20nm with no specific sequence.

Locate the gasket on the head and fit the lower manifold bolts a few turns prior to fitting the manifold. The bottom holes in the manifold are slotted so you can slide it on to the lower bolts.

Did you mean 20 inch lbs?
