2014 S60 Keyless Ignition FOB

I purchased this S60 this summer used and love it ! I only have one FOB and would like to have another. I see them for sale on eBay and other places on line.
Is it possible to program one of these FOBs myself or do I need a dealer to do it???

Ballpark would be $300. You'd have to call your local dealer for a more exact price.
