Default Headgasket repair costs?

I have a 2004 S60 2.5T AWD with 50K. Today a "Low coolent" warning popped up on my text window while driving to work. I checked my antifreeze resovoir and found oil mixed in with the antifreeze. My initial thought is that it's a blown headgasket. If that's the case, does anyone know how much the repair cost might be??

Default RE: Headgasket repair costs?

It could also be a bad radiator. The tranny fluid might be mixing with the coolant.

If it is the headgasket figure up to about 3K for the job.
If it is the radiator I would say maybe up to 1K as long as the car isn't driven anymore.
Because if coolant mixes with the tranny fluid and gets in the tranny it is very possible it will cause damage.
