Default Rainwater entering vehicle

Hello all. I own a 2004 Volve S60 2.4. Recently I have have found pooling water in both the driver side and passenger side front floor after heavy rains. The odd thing is that it has only occurred twice-living in Florida during rainy season, rains almost every day- once with the driver side, and once with the passenger side. I did a small amount of research and found some articles about other Volvo models having clogged moonroof drains, causing water pooling on the floor mats. I pulled off the plastic lining on the drivers side between the door and the dash but did not see a drain tube. Also, the ceiling between my moonroof and door panels has been wet after rains several times. I'm not sure if the moonroof is the problem, or the exterior rubber weatherstripping on the doors and roof. I currently live in Florida, so the weatherstripping may be deteriorating because of the sun. It is also rainy season so this problem really couldn't have occurred at a worse time.

Sorry such a long post, I appreciate any responses!! I am trying not to waste money taking my car into a mechanic if I can figure this out and fix it on my own.

Some models have the drain tube inside the A-pillar (the left side of the windshield). It seems, it's not accessible. Some people put pressurized air to clear it from above.

But there should not be water leaking if the sunroof is closed during the rain.

Other possibilities are coolant leak from the heater inside the dash, and water leak from the A/C drain tube, located on the right side of the gas pedal.

Also could be a leaking door seal.

Also, have a look at the large rubber boot (black) at the bottom of the steering column, just behind the pedals. It should be fixed to the floor with a large metal ring.

The S60 and S80 have a totally different setup that I have never seen leak. But of course they want to tack them onto the lawsuit.
