Description:
Transmission came from an 05 XC90 that was driven into the dealership with a misfire. Turns out it needed a head gasket. So the car was purchased by the service manager and he used it for parts. The transmission was kept by him for his own 04 XC90. I recently purchased the 04 from him for the interior. (I’m restoring a destroyed V8 XC90. I’ll be documenting it and putting it on YouTube) The transmission is solid and comes with a driveshaft and T case. Asking $600 but open to offers. I’m located in the Lehigh Valley Pa

And how do you know the transmission actually works? The T6 GM transmission is not the most reliable. Has anyone pulled the oil pan and panned for gold?

It was driven in. Road tested. Used is used, but I wouldn’t put a part up for sale if I wasn’t sure it was in proper working condition. The xc90 it came out of was regularly serviced at the dealership. It was an 05 and they still were bringing it into the dealership for service. I could try to see if he could find the old service records.

I would be ok with refunding someone their money if it didn’t work out. However I don’t think that would be necessary. Also going to list the engine on here. It’s still in the car and can be tested
