1999 V70R with burnt valve
Picked up a 99 V70R a few weeks ago-pulled the head off today and I'm looking at a burnt valve #4 cylinder. Has anyone had any luck with aftermarket valves? OEM valves are a bit pricey

I spoke with someone a week ago that had a head rebuilt with aftermarket valves 4 years ago. It now has a burnt valve.
I would NOT do it, especially in a Volvo R. It should be fine but try to figure out why it burnt a valve in the first place. Likely a fuel injector problem.
