The brake pedal on my V70 was quite soft and I am hearing a slight grinding noise from the rear wheels. Changed out the pads but the old ones still looked pretty good. The drums have never been changed out and I just had the brake lines bled last summer.
Any suggestions?

 

Welcome to the forum. Have you taken a look at the parking break shoes? They are probably seperating and dragging inside the drums. This happens a lot.

 

Thanks for the reply. No I have not checked the emergency brake pads. I am kinda new at this type of repair. Is there a manual for this or can you suggest a step by step guide?
