99 V70R new drive shaft vibration
So a couple weeks ago I took my driveshaft out to replace it because the carrier bearing was completely shot. I was driving around FWD in the time that I was waiting for the new drive shaft to arrive. When my new drive shaft came I installed it at work but when it was in the air it put it in drive and noticed a clunking so I shut it off and looked for a problem. I couldnt find anything so I got back in the car and put it in drive again this time there was a bad vibration. I had someone get under the car to see where it was coming from and they said it sounded like it was coming from the torque tube or viscous coupler. But it made no sense to me because I had no issue before. So i'm wondering if the drive shaft has to be in there a certain way to be balance with the VC or if the VC is just bad. Thanks in advance!

Did the shaft come from a reputable source? Is the carrier bearing secured to the hanger?
Strange that vc would go just like that, unless the bad shaft did damage to it but the noise it made was masked by the bad shaft noise. Did the bad bearing cause the shaft to make any rumbling or vibration? I believe you can install the shaft any way, but I thought if you remove a shaft then you had to make marks so it goes back in the same. When I did mine I believe I just popped the reman in and that was that, but I can't say for sure, sorry.
