Hey folks,
New to the forum; just bought a 2000 V70XC non-turbo for my daughter, knowing (or so I thought) it had a bad fuel pump. Long story short - installed new fuel pump and fuel filter; get fuel to the rail but virtually no pressure (a few psi). Any clues? Suspect fuel pressure regulator (no pressure damper on the fuel rail), and see one on the fuel tank but can't find one for sale online (lots of dampers listed as regulators, though).

Also only getting 8v to the pump connector behind the rear seat; is that normal?

see what happens when you jumper the fuel pump relay if that changes the 8v.

 

Sorry, should have mentioned; relay already jumped and still getting 8v.
