Hello, I have noticed a buzzing noise when I turn off my volvo v70 1999. The noise lasts for maybe 5 minutes. A number of the solenoids in the engine bay appear to be buzzing.

I measured the current draw and it is 1.3 Amps when this is occuring. If I remove the fuse 11B3 for the ECM then the buzzing stops.

I have the service manual but I am unsure whether I should be looking at the Fenix or motronic electrical diagrams. My Vin number is YV1LW55B6x2560069. I identified the two ECMs as Denso 0000002513 and Temic 303978.

How do I determine Fenix or Motronic? Has anyone got any suggestions as to what may be causing the fault.
