Default Clacking plastic noise when jacking car

So, I have my first V70 (a 1998) and there is a clacking plastic sort of sound similar to dragging a corrugated plastic hose across a piece of metal. Happens when I jack the car up. Especially noticeable when I lower the front passenger wheel from a jacked position. Comes from the rear suspension. Seems to be way up high where I can't see it as opposed to being a shock or strut or spring.

This has got to be something that's been mentioned before, but danged if I know how to search for it!

I drive a 98, and I just have no idea. The springs have soft cushions on the top, mostly for noise, and they may have worn out. I don't know when I've seen a shock actually make a noise, but you could easily figure out if that is the problem.
