Hi folks!
Tax refunds are coming soon, and I was checking this wagon out:
VOLVO '98 V70 XC AWD Turbo Wagon!!! $1000 OBO Check It Out!!!
So, my question is: Should I take a chance on it being the radiator? If so, what would be your $ offer?
