2000 Volvo V-70 Automatic, 135,000 miles.
I am experiencing some odd performance problems with this car. It is intermittent but very unsettling.
When I am say at a stop sign and step on the gas the car for a second or so sounds and feels almost as though the wheels are spinning, this is on dry pavement.
Once i am on the way, sometimes upon acceleration the car hesitates almost like its not getting fuel. The tach readings seem steady I get no codes with my scanner and the check engine light is off.
Could it be that the tranny is slipping, or is it the ignition?
Please help!
