V70 2000 non-turbo I.A.T location
This is probably a stupid question but I can't find the I.A.T on my 2000 V70 I 2.4 140 HP. The OBD is showing a DTC P1113, which seems to indicate an Intake Air Temperature sensor fault. Firstly, where is the I.A.T located and, secondly, how do I test it?

Thanks for the info - that's very helpful. A few further questions...
My MAF is a Denso 1275636 and the live data I can read gives the IAT of 31C (with an outside air temperature of 7C). Presumably I can read analogue voltages (with a meter) from the MAF connector and/or resistance values from the disconnected MAF.
a) Does anybody know where I can find a wiring pin-out for a Denso 1275636 MAF?
b) If the MAF turns out to be faulty, is the IAT sensor part repairable? A new MAF from Volvo is very pricey and it would be a shame to scrap my MAF for the sake of a 50c thermistor.
c) How much effect will a failed I.A.T have on performance?

Currently, my IAT sensor is in the intake tube, right after the intercooler, however I thought about relocating it in the intake manifold right after
