Default Year 2000 Elec Changes

I've heard that during the 2000 model year, Volvo started incorporating changes to the v70's electrical system [and other systems?] - things that were used for 2001 and 2002 v70 with less than reliable results.

Does anyone know what date those changes started on the 2000's? I'm fixin to look at one for sale and would love to know if I'm getting more like a '98 or a '01...

The particular car i'm looking at is THIS - i'll welcome any comments about pricing and/or desirability of this vehicle -

I appreciate it! --LokRobster

maybe it was in the UK or something, with the 'Phase1-3' thing; I can't find anything via google or wiki supporting the notion that there were significant electrical changes to that model during that year.

Any opinions on the car? It's like over an hour drive in heavy traffic to go look at it lol
