How critical & costly to repair code P0079 solenoid , possible wiring? 3006 V70 turbo with 220k miles.

 

If the solenoid is bad, its like $100 for a new one(there are cheaper aftermarket ones but I personally do not buy them) and takes 10min to replace. Get a gasket too.

I had one go bad, tried cleaning it after disassembling, but code came back after a week or so. I ended up just replacing.
