Default 2003 dash led conversion

I have 2003 V70 d5. After looking about online, I picked up some bulbs to do the dash lights and fit them out with some leds..... Upon removal of the cluster no bulb housing (screw type)...... Just a plain white panel. I'm I missing something?I did read somewhere that the cars after 2003 have built in leds??

Thanks in advance boys and girls

If the panel is is plain blank and does not have any screw type bulbs. Then they are soldered on and cant be be replaced.
