Hit a deer with our 2003 V70 (2.5T 2wd) on the front drivers side. The airbag did not deploy, but the body shop man was surprised. The radiator housing will need to be replaced, along with front bumper, hood and light.
I've found a 2004 V70 but I can't tell if it's a 2004.5 which may be a different platform, and need to confirm before committing to the cost plus shipping.
I do have the VINs but don't know how to tell if it's a 2004.5 or how that might matter.

Try going to Tascaparts.com (a dealer store) and search for the factory part numbers for both years. That will tell you what you'd need to know. For example, you'll find the part number for the hood is the same from 2003 to 2005...
