New to this car - have two questions:
1. Where is the OBD connection?
2. Power window - driver's side - "auto down" works as expected but if I use "auto up" the window closes half-way, stops and then opens - when I then repeat the "up" function, it closes normally. (Passenger side window does not display this behavior) ??

Obd2 is in footwell on RHS behind the console storage compartment.

your window just needs a reset. Roll it up without engaging the auto roll up function and when it gets to the top pull back on the button more and hold it there until you hear a brief tugging noise from the window. That's it. Should be good to go. You need to do this to all four windows any time the battery has been disconnected.
