Default Confusing Taillight Outages

I am having a mix of outages.
Driver side rear turn signal, fog light work
Passenger side brake light, turn signal work

All other taillights out!

Changed bulbs, checked rear fuses and even replaced with new busmann lighted fuses. Rear wiper also stopped working and now an audible click can be heard when trying to turn on. Why am I experiencing outages on both sides? Why is one brake light working on one side and one fog light on another but not on its pairing??

Car has other a couple other temperamental electrical issues - sometimes lock button works/doesn't, sometimes sunroof works/doesn't. No other problems

95% sure that that would be a torn wiring loom just behind the left hand side tailgate support. Pop off the plastic panelling to get direct access and then pull the bunch of wires out about 6-9” and take the protective tape off and you will no doubt find the ripped wiring. Happy soldering!

Either that or remove the taillights and you will find that the metal circuit board has come loose.
