Two days ago my son called almost at midnight with the famous dreaded cal. Dad, I just wrecked my car ('02 V70) during the initial inspection I noticed that both of the air bags (dash and steering wheel were deployed...

Along with a bent rear control arm and a bent front sub-frame (..!) everything else seems to be more or less ok.

Today we located an '01 V70 on a wreckers yard that we will be donor for the front sub frame and the rear control arm, however the dash was far from perfect because someone while removing the heater control panel had destroyed the dash.

But we located a couple of '01 S60's and one of them has a pristine dash and the steering wheel, but I am not sure if the dash of the S60 and the V70 can be swapped between them.

Hopefully someone can share some light since we are going back in the morning to remove the sub frame and hopefully the S60 dash as well.
