Have you checked all of the fuses in the car?

Yes mate, everything appears in order, I’ll double check each one now you’ve said that just to be sure once it get light.

Your car is in the year range for bad DIM's. That's the TLA for Driver Information Module.
Solder joints to one or another integrated circuits were made badly.
I'd guess the turn to colder weather caused a power supply circuit to fail.
DIM's come out easily.
Whether you desire to send it off to one of the shops which fixes 'em or attempt to reflow the suspect cold joints yourself is up to you.
I have a full blown Renaissance Man / Superman complex as well as a few soldering irons and I'd send it off were I in your shoes.

The vast majority of posters who've sent components off for repair report speedy turn around times.

Thank you George
I think I’m going to to take your advise and get it sent away and repaired, I’m too ham fisted to attempt this myself after looking at videos on YouTube and listening to what you have to say. I’ll let you know the outcome and thank you to yourself and everyone who’s commented.
