What's this pipe at the lowest point of the engine? Someone used a large jubilee clip on it with the 'knobbly thread housing' pointing down so it has worn through the undertray foam and undertray itself when scraped. I need to replace the jubilee clip (friends car).

 

I think the turbo charge pipe runs under the engine on that car, could it be that? If it goes from the turbo in the back of the engine to the intercooler in the front of the engine, its the charge pipe.
