volvo v70 window switch problems

My Volvo is a 2010 V70. Oddly enough, my switch works fine when the door is open but does not work when the door is closed. Ever heard of this issue?

Check the wiring harness connector into the door from the body to make sure that it is still plugged all the way. If that it is OK then you may have breaking wires in the harness.
