There is a 2008 XC70 on a used car lot that I have been driving by for a long time. This car has been on this lot for years. Originally they were asking $7999 77,400 miles. I thought reasonable, but after investigating I saw it had a rebuilt title. Flash forward it is still there and they are asking $5999. They must have been using it as a lot car because it has 78,200 miles now.

From pictures it looks nice. I have stopped by at night and looked at it and cosmetically looks very good. My plan is to ask to bring it to a Volvo Mechanic to be checked out and if they refuse I will walk away. I am not delusional and know after sitting it is going to need some things. Tires being, fluids belts at the very least, but I wanted to get the groups feedback. It looks like it was in some minor accidents no air bag deployment in the past, but was a theft and that is where the salvage title came in. At this price is it worth investigating further?
