Throwing this out to potential wizards. Trying to play with VITA and can not get past this fault. (see attachment)
Any thoughts?

 

Did you try manually setting the partner group to AME instead of International?

Yes, I did. Same message.
I'm not sure but I seem to recall a MicroSoft Update. It may have something to do with that? ???????

 

Turns out, when Microsoft ended Internet Explorer an update added some files to block/stop (???) IE from starting but instead started Microsoft Edge. Vida 2014 won't work in Edge.

Go to : C: Program Files(x86) Microsoft Edge Applications (Something like) 117.2045.43 BHO.
Remove the three files you should see there. Restart your computer.
Vita should work now.
