Default Drive shaft grease leak

Hi every Volvo XC fan! I'm new to Volvo, I just bought a 07 XC70 with 177+K miles, she drive and run excellence, I have most the fluids flushed and replaced; Here is the grease leak at the tripod joint next to the CVJ joint (in the picture), the booths are still good, it make no humming sound. The question is:
Is there the way I can reseal that thing and what do I need to buy?
When I start the engine, (not all the time) there are rattle sound at the belt tensioner, the sound's gone after engine ran for awhile, do I need to replace the tensioner or the pulley bearing?
Does rear differential grease (or oil) need to be replace?
Is there any way we can do to prevent wheel bearing to went out or last longer ( greased)?
I will replace the angle gear box oil replace. next, and add the trans oil cooler and inline oil filter. I really appreciated any help.

I would remove the axle, clean it thoroughly, replace the grease, the rubber boot, and the clamps. If you are going to that much labor you might as well do them all on both sides. Check for any binding in the axle bearings in those tripod joints. They are probably fine 95% of the time with a leak like that.

Are you positive it's the belt tensioner? Use a home made stethoscope. An extension bar for a socket wrench works well. Put one end on the part and the other right against your temple. Then you can isolate where the noise is coming from. (It could be valve noise).

The differential grease is separate from the axle grease. I would not hurt to change it. Make sure you get the right fluid.

Why are you adding a transmission cooler? Do you intend to race/abuse it?

Thanks Oodleme! Yes I have a stethoscope and the noise is positive the tensioner, I've read the comment on other site said trans fluid cooler help some of the shifting problems, may be an addendum for us normal drive but the cooler is cheap and easy to install I thought it's won't hurt to add it.

Adding a trans cooler is always good. I has no negative impact until it leaks. Tensioners can be noisy but the worst that can happen is the belt comes off, (assuming it's not timing related)
