I doubt it is a bolt in swap...no such thing. I've seen that interior before...I think on turbobricks. Lots done to that 73! That dash is a 81+ 240 dash. I put 240 seats in my 140. The only portion that swapped straight in was the bottom rear seat cushion. I had to fashion seat back mounts for the rear upright cushion. For the front buckets, I used the lower portion from the 140 that attaches to the floor pan and the upper adjuster portion from the 240. I had to weld flat steel to the 140 portion to create attachment points for the 240 seats. And 240 seats swap in easier than any other seats, imho.

Thanks for the info...So 240 interior will be easy or bolt on?

To me, bolt on means it's a direct swap with no alterations. As I said, the 240 interior is probably the simplest to swap in and yet only 25% is a direct fit without mods...the rear bottom seat cushion fits perfectly. The vertical rear cushion requires manufacturing hooks for the seat back to mount to. The front bucket adaptation required flat iron and a welder. The final result is great; my point is, even the easiest interior swap...isn't.
