I recently aquire a 1972 Volvo 142 E with fuel injection. It has been in storage for several years. I changd the air filter, oil filter, battery, and fuel filter. I then tried to chank it, the starter would turn over, but it would not crank. I then put spray ether in the air chamber and it would start but then it would die. After several attempts, the control panal went dead and the ignition switch also went dead. The battery was recharged, but the ignition switch is still dead. howrever, the head light and radio works.

So, it there a fuse link that control the control panal and ignition switch? Or whatever. What do i do next.

I would look good in the fuse box.If not the look at the ignition switch.

How do i prime the fuel pump?
