A friend of mine is looking for a fuel distributor for a 1974 142 first generation. The car is very straight and rust free, but he cant find that part.

That car would be a good candidate for a carb conversion ------------ For I'm sure if the fuel distributor has problem - other expensive components such as the control pressure regulator and fuel pump will have problems also.
