I'm in Maryland, (Baltimore specifically) and would like to know if anyone has a recommendation for a reputable machine shop that would inspect and possibly regrind the head for a rebuild...and a good recommendation for the rebuild kit. This the second head replacement.

My ICU is toast (that's what a mechanic said) and I am looking for a list of components to rebuild it, as said mechanic said rebuilt ones go for 2K or more, which is.....up there. And rebuild info is some kind of huge state secret that can't be shared...??? It's a Seimans.
