Hi,

I own a Rover 220 Coupe Turbo, which i've taken off the road for a few months to do some head-work, engine management installation and turbocharger upgrade etc.

for a run-around i just picked up a Volvo 480 1.7i Turbo.

I'd like to have a bit of fun with this - so I was wondering if they are very tuneable?
how strong are the engines in these? can the boost be increased much etc?

just wondering what the 'safe' modification limits are without getting into engine internals..
