66 has a new master cylinder and a rebuilt booster. Before and after the booster stage of braking is engaged and you are stopped the brakes are locked up. Generally pumping on the brakes will free them up but sometimes forcing a fwd or reverse roll will break them loose. Booster was sent back to be redone but it isn't working. Has anyone else had similar problems?

When this happens try to loosen the line at the booster to see if is problem or a mechanical issue causing the binding. Chad
