I have a Volvo 360GLE and a completely flat tyre. I tried to change it but the special "security" bolt seems to have rusted up and the shaped key to remove the bolt has worn... any ideas????

You might have to get it to a tire shop they have special sockets.They hammer a special socket on and it should remove the lug.
