Default ['06 S40] Bluetooth vs. AUX install + wireless charging

Howdy folks, I've got a 2006 S40 and have been meaning to get around to installing an AUX-in system to allow for playing media from my phone. I know it's a fairly easy install and there's a handful of options to choose from, but here's a new bone in the mix: my new cell phone.

The new phone I got has wireless charging capabilities, and I came across this cool mod for a holder for the stock charger. I love the simplicity of it all (visually at least), but it would truly be maximized as a bluetooth setup.

I know virtually nothing about bluetooth installations, so I wanted to find out about any success stories when it came to bluetooth on an S40. Was it worth it? What systems would be recommended?

For that matter, which mounts/holders do fellow Volvo owners recommend?

In my 2006 V50, I did a non-phone install of a Milennia MIL-BTREC Bluetooth dongle feeding a "cheapest" FM Modulator into the 9V antenna connector. I get static at times, but it is from the FM modulator, not the Bluetooth part.

It works pretty smoothly with my Bluetooth enabled Samsung tablet.

There's an inexpensive Kenwood modulator that I might try next.
