After market stereo and volvo's RTI nav?
Hi all,
I have 2004 C70 convertible. T5 GT Auto. Comes with the SC-901 double din stereo and i have the built in Sat-nav unit on the dash where the middle speaker sits on the Dolby stereo models. Question is, I can buy an aftermarket stereo and then the Iso adapter and connect up simply enough. BUT there are 3 multi plugs on the back of the 901 stereo? 2 black standard looking plugs and a small green one? After that there are just the standard aerial lead and a 'mini' aerial lead. All the iso adapters seem to plug into these 2 black ones and then the back of the standard stereo. Whats the green one? Is this for the Sat-nav - to enable directions etc to come from the stereo speakers? Will the Sat-nav work with an aftermarket stereo?
Any help much appreciated as not really a fan of the standard 901 (Cd doesnt work anyway) but a fan of the Sat- nav.
Cheers anyone, Stu.
