change hu 603 with 803 ?

this is my first post in your forum.
i am writing here because i can't find the answer on a question.
i have v70 2002 d5 with hu 603.but unfortunately i burn it
.i was wondering is it possible to change my HU with hu 803?what i know so far is that i have to get the amplifier and the central speaker.what else do i have to do?what cables will i need? hope u can help me.
