Default CR-708 radio CD

So I have a CR-708 radio in my 93 Volvo 850 GLT. On the back it has a 13-pin CD connection port. However, there is no CD button on the radio! How can I change the radio to CD player? I bought a bluetooth adapter with the CD connector on it to try and play music from my phone.

Sorry - tuners in all the cars sold in the US had both a cassette and a cd slot. Default was the double DIN size versus the single size you have. Owners manuals are on line - 6 pages in German - so not sure what buttons change input. But If that plug is labeled cd it definitely is for a cd changer.

They're Dutch so I can read them, and sadly there is no button to change input. When you put a cassette in it switches to cassette, when you take it out it switches to radio. Maybe I should try to put a cassette in but I guess it'll just play the cassette then.
