Default How to modify the car audio player power wire so that always ON?

Hi, i have an old car audio player and i wish to modify it so that i can use the power supply from my room power socket and listen in my room. But i check the wire, there are red and yellow. Which one i should connect to the +12V?

erh, dont nail me on it but i believe on normal ways the yellow is the ignition connection, the red one the permnanent +.
is there a black or blue one as well?

Yes, red is constant power, yellow is antenna/ignition and black or sometimes green is ground. Wouldnt you be better off just buying a home stereo? lol

If you want it to work all the time, you need to connect + to both wires, the ignition one will make it work, the batt wire will enable it to keep it's memory.
