I've got a 2005 S60 w/ HU-650. When the scan button is pressed the radio will scan to the next available station, but instead of pausing there for 10 seconds it immediately scans up to the next available station. The pause time at the station that is found is less than a second and no audio can be heard during the scan. Am I missing something or is this a problem with the radio?

 

Ok I found the problem. I had to turn the PTY off for the radio to stop the scan at all stations. I think it was looking for whatever type of station the PTY was set for before.
