Hi all, I have a 2007 Volvo C30 with the basic soundsytem installed. I would like to know if it's possible to install and after market in-boot subwoofer. I have some experience with aftermarket head units, but this is the point of the question.... Is it possible to connect the Sub-amp to the factory head-unit?

yes...might not sound all that good. All you need is an amp with a High Signal Input and some random 12 volt switched power source for a remote wire. Then just plug in your rear channel via rear speaker wires
